- If the observations result is  why questions, then developed discovery learning / inquiry learning.
- If the observations result is  how, the Project developed learning.
- Questions should contain answers multidimensional and had varied answers, contains no single answer, not textual, should inspire answers, and focus on one issue.
Learning Activities:
- Students create questions, by written or verbal.
- Students Asking questions from the factual to the hypothetical
- Beginning with the guidance of teachers to independently
- Teacher sorting or checking the quality of the question, whether it meets the requirements or not?
3. DATA COLLECTION (EXSPERIMENTING-TRY)
Critical thinking, discussing, trying to use the approach, students active learning individually, in groups, and classical.
Learning Activities:

-Students Determining the necessary data from questions
-Students Specifies the data source (Internet, objects, documents, books, experiments, someone's opinion, etc.)

4. ASSOCIATE - ANALYZE

Learning Activities:

5. COMMUNICATE
Presenting, articulate, clarify, Make social networking.
Learning Activities:
